Professional Experience & Inspection Services
Grade A Certified Inspection Services LLC brings extensive experience in construction, home inspection, and mold assessment. The company’s experience includes work as a project manager and superintendent in high-end construction in Nassau County since 2006, home inspection work since 2010, and licensed mold assessor experience since 2016.
This combined background supports a practical, building-focused approach to visual inspections and mold assessments. Grade A evaluates the conditions observed at the property and explains the findings and next steps clearly, helping clients make informed decisions about their property.
At Grade A, we do not make New York licensing, moisture meters, thermal imaging equipment, or reviews the centerpiece of the conversation. Licensing, appropriate tools, and client feedback each have an important place in responsible professional practice, but they are not substitutes for clear answers, careful documentation, or a useful report. Our focus is on helping Long Island homeowners understand the conditions observed, what those findings may mean, and what information can help them make informed decisions.
An assessment does not end when we leave the property. Detailed reports and documentation are intended to give clients answers, context, and confidence, while the educational information on the later pages of their reports helps them continue learning about other issues they may encounter. Clients can continue to access information shared with them, including updated educational information, through their private direct client folder on this site, subject to the folder’s privacy and access controls.
Service coverage includes Central and Mid-Suffolk areas within the Towns of Islip, Brookhaven, and Smithtown, as well as Central Nassau County communities listed in the Service Areas section below.
